Our key holding service is designed to hold your keys in a manned key safe until they are needed
When you sign up to our key holding service, a trained SIA licensed security guard will respond immediately to your alarm call whether it is a false alarm or not, a simple resetting of the alarm or dealing with a dangerous situation.
Also for your peace of mind, all keys and alarm codes are kept in a secured, manned site and reassured that a SIA licensed guard will attend to your alarm immediately.
A Cavalier Security Consultant will visit the client at the premises, conduct a Security Risk Assessment and Site Survey in order to identify the exact service the client requires.
Once the customer confirms they wish to employ our services, we will secure a set of keys for your premise in a high security Key Safe which will be monitored 24 hours a day and secured by the Key Management System'.
For business use:
The Key Management System' will allow only authorized SIA Licensed security personnel to identify your key with a personal user code. Keys will only be removed in the event of an intruder alarm activation or by the client's written instruction. You can rely on Cavalier's professional response service from as little as 80pence per day.
For domestic use:
For our residential clients we offer a key holding service should you ever lose your keys or lock your self out,cavalier's key holding personnel are on call 24/7 can easily let you back in again with confirmation of your security code from as little as 67pence per day
In the event of an alarm activation the officer will attend the premises and check the area of concern via the control panel. He/she will attend the area and correct the problem, unless further action is required. Cavalier security has its own support contractors if boarding up or any remedial working is required, unless the client prefers to use its own suppliers which can be agreed at the outset of the agreement. If necessary our staff will liaise with your nominated emergency contact and leave a full incident report recording his/her findings or actions taken.
