                          With a alarm call our fully trained SIA licenced officers will be at your premises inmediately    

On receipt of activation our trained officers will respond immediately to your premises within 20 minutes of your alarm being activated we will investigate the cause, re-set the alarm, liaise with the alarm company or police and re secure your premises as quickly as possible.The following day we will send you a full written report of the incident. 

 

 

Our officers will fully co-operate and support the emergency services at all times, If a criminal has been caught at your premise and legal action is to be taken, we will attend court and give evidence of the incident should you require us to.

 

Alarm Activation

Cavalier Security will take the entire responsibility of an alarm response call. 

In the event of an Alarm Activation we will:

  • Answer all calls from the client's Alarm Company.
  • Access the client's computerized key code and identify the client's keys.
  • Release the client's keys from their secure location to an SIA Licensed Key guard.
  • The Key guard will attend your premises.
  • Deactivate the alarm.
  • Conduct an external check and search the building.
  • Identify the cause of the alarm activation where possible.
  • Call the Police and allow them access if required.
  • Contact the alarm company's engineers if required.
  • Contact and supervise Glazing, Plumbing or Boarding Up Services if the client has authorized Cavalier security to act on the client's behalf.
  • Remain on site until the premises is totally secure.
  • Compile a full written report and inform the client of the incident
